The FOI Act was supposed to be Bliar's flagship piece of Legislation and yet within two years of it becoming Law it's watered down for the Hoi Poloi.
It's nothing short of a fucking disgrace.

To win our council the tories promised to donate ?30000 to a local campaigning action group IF they got in.
Labour are quiet righly critised but IF people think it will be any different with anyone else it won't.
