West Ham will have to find 5 million out of their budget? You mean that ?60 million pound budget they're getting for staying up?

So they've only earned ?55 million for cheating then.

Sheff Utd may not have been good enough, but how do we know how many points West Ham would have accumulated without Tevez?

It's not about being a sore loser, but if a team has fielded an ineligible player all season, then they've cheated and the Premiership table is completely false, that includes every teams' points total that West Ham played with Tevez or Mascherano.

If a horse or Jockey had won the Grand National at the wrong weight, a runner caught with steroids in his system etc, then they're usually disqualified completely. Rio Ferdinand got a 6 month ban for just missing a drugs test, and Middlesbrough got docked 3 points for not having a full squad available for a certain game. None of these 2 cheated, or lied, they just didn't follow the expected procedure.

West Ham cheated, lied, gained an unfair advantage, and on numerous occasions too. The consortium of clubs should be more. West Ham cheated every single team they played, and cheating shouldn't be something we just turn a blind eye to.
