who pays what for their car tax on here,i just paid ?205 for mine for the right to drive on our overcrowded pothole ridden poorly maintained roads.

As I understand it if they are permanent UK residents then they should have re-registered their cars in the UK after a maximum period of 12 months.
Technically, UK insurers can't insure overseas registered vehicles, so I would very much doubt they're insured. Report them!!

my car insurance has gone down year on year,most people tell me there's has gone up but i by mine online,a trick you may consider is last year my current insurer seemed a bit high to others i had tried so i started from scratch on their website as if i was a new customer and i saved a lot of money,don't automatically pay the renewal quote.
