I have Unlimited Broadband (24Mb ADSL2+) and no-one has ever been given the FUP in it's history.

They are not all the same you just have to shop around, besides with IPTV around the corner things will have to change for those that enforce FUP and it's usually for the Torrent and P2P users anyway.
