Apparently, she's admitted her epilepsy is 'self-diagnosed', and not been the subject of medical investigation.
At 64 years of age - and having spent approximately half of my adult life behind bars - I am not easily shocked by the behaviour of some of those employed by the criminal justice system.
A good start then. A long term jailbird asking us to trust his views. Hmmmmm....
The pair tumble down the steps before the officer, by now on top of the woman, raises a clenched fist and brings it down five times - in hammer like fashion.
Can't argue with this bit. Maybe you're a trustworthy guy after all?
More punches follow before Ms Comer, now with her pants around her ankles, is dragged to a waiting police van.
More punches? You said 5 punches, and I counted 5 punches. I'll have to view the tape again as I didn't see any more. As for being dragged to the van; well she had the choice to walk by the looks of it, but chose to be dragged instead. Can't see why that's the coppers fault.
A snarling Alsatian police dog is snapping away towards her limp body.
Well.....ok, from about 5 feet away, for about 4 seconds, on a lead. I bet every postman feels for her.
Echoing the words of Ruggie Johnson, a human rights monitor, the treatment of Ms Comer, who is black, is like something out of the deep south.
Was she black, or of mixed race? Hmmmmm I guess being black is more newsworthy, so yeah -for effect- she's black. The deep south connection wouldn't have really worked otherwise.
a sizeable number of police officers either witnessed or took part in this arrest, did any of them show the courage and integrity to intervene?
Intervene what? An arrest? That's illegal isn't it?
South Yorks finest have hardly set us an example. They clearly did not know their actions were being caught on film,
Oh but they probably did. The Niche used to have the cops called to it numerous times a night. I'm guessing because of the gun/drug running that happens in that place the coppers practically encouraged more cameras.
Isn't it funny when you think about it. It wasn't important what Ms Comer did that night, and it wasn't important what the police did that night. What was/is important is the colour of the skin Ms Comer, and the officer in question, was born with.
Still, if she gets the compensation it'll pay her fine - and more.

She was so fucking ugly I would have punched her anyway.
The first time in my life I support the police.
