Hey all,
I am happy to say that I am now on day 6 of not smoking. I have been trying to quit for ages and it looks like I have finaly cracked it! So good for me. Honestly it's been really hard, but I am gonna keep the good work up for myself, and I know that my lungs are happy now too!
Luv Lay xoxo

Best of luck Layla. Its important not to think of it as hard. I quit about 25 years ago, and if I ever felt like a smoke I just looked at a full ashtray. Worked ever time. You will be that rarest of things in my experience, a woman in porn who doesn't smoke. Without wanting to put you off, in ten years your lungs will be as if you had never smoked, though you will feel a lot better for it straight away.
Now you've got two ways to keep it up.

My wifes father died just before Xmas of smoking related illness.

He had smoked all his life and it had wrecked his body.

The last few months were awful.

Stick with it, it is worth it.

Hi Lay,

You'll need will power, but I'm sure you'll quit. And of course save yourself plenty of money.

Oh, by the way, I've never smoked.

"Will power" - was that a song by 'Garry Pucket and the Union Gap' in about 1967? LOL!
