I was 'threatened' with the Sex Offenders Register by a jobsworth copper for pissing down an alley at 2.45am, well out of view. He said as I had exposed myself, I could be placed on the register. I knew it was total bollocks, and DARED him to arrest me for anything other than a public order offence.

The somebody ought to be telling the Criminal Policy Unit at the Home Office then as they are specifically stating that thieves who steal underwear from washing lines will be placed on the Sex Offender Register.
