Did you have to include Courtney Love among more credible musicians ?

If your house was burning down the Hole albums wouldn't be the ones you'd save. I found her and Brand tiresome last night. Morrissey had the right idea, keeping his distance from the pair of them. In Love's case you could say bi-polar, or arguably are the chaotic elements of her life attributable to inconsistent parenting and suchlike ?

I accept were not here to argue the merits of Courtney Love's musical output, but it could be argued that she's a celebrity rather than famous, and that there is a difference between the two. By definition celebrity is about being celebrated but in Love's case I don't see that there's much to applaud. I quite like the guitar riff in 'Celebrity Skin' but watching her play guitar last night I doubt whether she originated it.
