Life....and the oldest one could/probably be back amongst us when he's 40..... The other one will be even younger.
Why the hell their sentences were different I do not understand. Just because the two bastards were a few months different in age is a pathetic reason.
Lets face it the poor guy may have been able to fend off one of them. The cowards were not only using weapons but also not one on one...... Grrrrrr and the judge reduces the sentence on one of them.
What more do you have to do to be given the maximum penalty such as has been given to other murderers?

Its funny i used to be against capital punishment but as time has progressed i have now come to the conclusion that it should be put back into the legal system.

Gents ...these lads are the product of their environment..dont be so harsh..they only stabbed him a few times and they didn't have jobs so they had to do something to support their families...

It happens that in a very small minority of cases there is a miscarriage of justice but if the resources were put into policing and investigation rather than keeping them in prison then this could be reduced even more and the impact crime figures would be intresting.
There is far more victims and suffering caused by our system of keeping alive indiviuals who frankly should be on the end of a rope.
Think of the closure that it would provide to the victims and familys, you can talk a rehabbilation till your blue in the face but there is a vast majority of repeat offenders who will never / or have no intrest in changing.
I have little truck with militant islam but the thought of some hands being cut off or beheaded dreggs does seem rather appealing.
