Why dont people wanting to sell R18 mail order just give it away free? ie. charge say ?25 for something worthless and soft and throw in the video free. That way youre not technically selling it, but 'giving it away'. But you get the cash and everyone is happy???

It is ilegal to give it away as it is distribution. But seeing as you have had an idea I will sell you something useless anyway. So you can buy my underpants for ?20. send Alec the money and I will send them out.

Is it possible to hire them out (R18 vids)? Can you get them in your local library (are they in the National Library?)?

I know that bars without a license make you pay for a ticket at one stall and then exchange it for a drink at another, so that technically it's not the drink you're paying for - isn't this the same idea?
