He's hardly likely to change now.And he sure as hell ain't going to get any better.......or quicker.
Yet another one of these players who can operate half-throttle on automatic pilot and still get a juicy contract.

I think he is a great signing for Charlton!
He will do really well in the Championship for them 2007/2008 season!!grin!

You can always take Danny Mills from City too if like Hasselbaink's, Charlton are prepared to pay daft wages to him as well. We'd let him go for nothing!

Millsy was a good, solid defender during his time at Charlton.
Unfortunately Leeds doubled his wages overnight and he couldn't get out the door quick enough, the judas!

Im a Boro fan and Jimmy will be a great signing for Charlton. Always gave it his best and played like he cared, unlike some including Charlie Dimmocks twin and Mark ( ill take six months of now the world cups over ) Viduka.
Jimmy will still score goals if you give him the service.

Therein lies the problem,Maximo.
He'll get next to no service, which makes Darren Bent's 22 goal tally last season all the more impressive!
