I would not worry, that cook book has been a viral email going around for at least 2 years. I've been sent it at least 5 times as far as I can remember.

Theft is Theft however it may be presented!!!!
Just because it is doing the rounds as a "Viral E-mail" does not legitimise anymore than photocopying the pages.
