well socca i can tell you how i do it, you will need some webspace that allows you to load video you then load it onto a webpage give it a html link and just post the link on the forum. dont know if that helps you much but if its just one of your boring football clips never mind.lol;

my international bookmark page, I link to four link sites which keep track of semi-anonymous Japanese uploader boards.
There are some which can take up to a
two GigaByte file. But you will have to look at the uploader's source code in order to deduce what needs to be put in each field, because the uploaders' language is Japanese. !confused!
Rapidshare.de has been mentioned. Keep in mind that if you want to upload something from
non-black&white orgasm, it checks rapidshare frequently to see if any of its content has been offered, and it is swift at demanding its removal. !sad!
This gentleman has an entire tag of hosting options, for both images and videos.
