I detest the BBC, an outdated leach sucking on the ass of society, I hate paying the licence fee, they force me to pay it. They could all loose thier jobs I woulden't care, greedy fuckers.

Im with Cate here. What was once a hallowed British institution that was everything that was good about Britain (ie, in the post war world 2 years) The BBC stood out as honest and decent.
Nowadays its wank, and apart from a few decent presenters, I couldn't care less if the fucker keeled over belly up

oh I dunno, radio 5 is pretty good, BBC2 still churns out a lot of good comedy/science/history stuff
The only other channel that can compete is C4 and I really could not be arsed with loads of adverts that would turn the beeb into another ITV with it's endless drivel such as'celeb bollocks'

Channel 4 (early Saturday and Sunday evening apart) is trying to transform itself into ITV. The Beeb has dumbed down beyond all recognition (and still can't stoop as low as ITV). Throwing stupid salaries at "name" presenters is a bloody stupid idea and results in having a reasonably good programme idea (The Natural History of the British Isles or whatever it was called) fronted by Alan Tit-March because they don't know how else to get a return from their investment.
Sadly, the gofers, office juniors, trainees and technicians will go long before they decide to get shot of their overpaid shitebags.

Yep, they're nearly all admin. posts, apparently, though it's supposed to herald big changes in general - there's a fair bit about it on the BBC site but it's the usual nebulous PR piffle. If they really want change they could kick into touch the focus group thinking that's been spoiling much of the output for some time now. Who do you think decided the much-hyped Fungus the Bogeyman adaptation would be actually better with an anaemic middle-class family bolted onto it, for instance. Cosier for export, eh? Cheers - bloody ruined.
p.s. in-house types like Tit-march often have it in their contract a set number of hours they must appear on-screen. This is why you often see them turfing up in each others shows, vanity projects etc.

What really boils my blood is that good people who make a stand or even people who have trouble paying the fee are dragged to court by 4 lawyers acting for the BBC, and in some cases they lock up good people. These are people who have no criminal record and thier first offence, drunk drivers, peadophiles and burglars in some cases get suspended sentences, it makes criminals out of decent folk.
No better then living under Nazi rule, the BBC are criminals taking Money out of the Pockets of decent people, no choice, the BBC is greedy and arrogant, one day they will be humbled.
I have many pet hates BBC is top of list.

Hate to tell you, Cate, but it's not the BBC that does it. It is financed via the licence fee, but it's down to HM Govt to collect and prosecute.

oh please, get a bit of perspective, if somethingas simple as the licence fee pisses you off that much i'd hate to see the state you get into over something a bit more serious
