Okay, now after Dubya and Teflon Tone claimied there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, it turns out there aren't.
And Dickhead Chaney is now saying that explosives that were at a depot in Iraq might not have existed at all. And that means that insurgents can't have these high explosives since they don't exist. Way to go Dicky.
