Is anyone else sick of those crap 'abbreviations' that chavs love to use in chatrooms and the like? LOL I can just about stand... but as for all that ROTFPMPL/ ROTFLMAO bollocks- how pathetic.

I can get about as far as lmfao---beyond that it just gives me a headache.

Yes, they annoy me as well, but only because I don't know what rotflmao stands for and can't be bothered to look it up.

I think it might be "rolling on the floor laughing my arse off," but that's just a guess.

I hate all these bloody abbreviations especially those on mobile phone text messages.

better than having emails from family members, with that fucking stupid "He He He" all over it, how fucking annoying.

As a sidenote, not every1 who uses IRC Chat Abrev. is a CHAV, it's just alot easier to use Abrev. instead of repeating simillar statements over & over again, but I do admit that the use of "Smilies" does convey a better usage & understanding on the Net.

Hate to disillusion you, Holden, but this is the closest I ever get to a chatroom. Visited one once, shortly after getting internet access, and it was filled with a bunch of humourless tosspots.

If I ever say "I think" it's because I don't know for sure. Like, "I think Holden wears ladies undies." Anything I know for a fact I state as a fact, like "Caractacus is banned from all chatrooms forever since that embarrassing Alder Hay Hospital joke blew up in his face."
