Which is the better band?

Its New Order for me, you can go to 3 different concerts and none are the same. A different play list every night, fantastic. And how does Hooky play that bass? Especially when its nearly touching his ankles?

Vanishing Point is superb, but I can't see past Bizarre Love Triangle and Round And Round.

The Cure are excellent, but not in New Order's league.

New Order for me and the brilliant, innovative playing of Peter Hook is a big part of their appeal for me. Hey, they even wrote a great football song! How many other bands can boast that?

.......and Blue Monday was a monster track. And a shit load of other bands at the time ripped off the bassline from it.

That's it, though. You mention New Order, and a lot of people will say, Ah right, Blue Monday---and it's nowhere near their best.
