Can't quite see that punishment catching on over here or in the UK - mad Jap's probably read too many graphic novels.

I'm not so sure about the word evil there either. To do something like that suggests another mental illness label---sociopathy. Detaching yourself from the human race and imagining they are just characters in a computer shoot-em up sound slike mental illness to me.

There'll always be incidents like that, I guess.

......I've always thought the machine-gun to be a most useful pedagogical tool.
Chain-flails I'd recommend, too- but only for seniors, of course.
