Spam Filters-beware

An article in netguide.com.au says
that there is no way around reading Spam or the Spam folder where the filters send the rejected spam to if you want to be 100% sure you haven't missed a legitimate email
According to email monitoring company Return Path in the first half of 2003
19% of emails sent and requested by its customers never reach their destination...most ending up in Spam Folders
1 in 5 is very high by anyones standards
