Hate to say it(as an Aussie) but it does seem to be true
Can't remember the last time England beat the Windies 3-0 away(4-0 IMHO without Laras 400 not out-which proves that bowlers win games not batsman?)
2 English Soccer League teams in the last four of both major European Championships
As a long time watcher of European soccer I've long since awaited the revival of English teams since that infamous Liverpool v Juventus game
Well done Chelsea & Newcastle for getting this far
