Hayfever is a bastard, have you tried wearing a gas mask!, not very attractive, but then neither is a runny nose.........

The best anti-histamine I know of is called ZIRTEK. Available over the counter but much cheaper if on prescription.
Very effective, doesn't make you drowsy and also good for sinus pain.

Hey Ghostdog, Heathray is right about Zirtek. I had some about 10 years ago for an all over torso rash and it cleared it right up really fast. Its over the counter now but nonetheless powerful for it
Personally I dont think you can go wrong with Benadryl (you may have tried already). Ive taken it for 6-7 years whenever theres a hint of hayfever approaching and it works superbly without fail and within 15 minutes. Ive given it to other to and theyve responded the same. Hope this is of some help

I find Beconase quite effective. However I appreciate that you get other problems with nasal sprays and clearly your hayfever is more severe than mine.
