If he had any self respect, he'd leave anyway. He's only got the job because all the people Chelsea considered better than him didn't want it.

Self respect does come into it Peter, but if he walked out with 3 years left on his contrat, he'd get fuck all. Sacked or 'relieved' of his duties will cost Roman ?3m. What would YOU honestly do?
