Not a one-liner as such but I like the sign above the bar in 'Desperado' which says "The client is allways wrong"

For mine it starts and ends with comedies



Too many quotes to pull one out as the best but saying

"We're not gay but we are willing to try" during enlisting for the army in Stripes(1981) was pretty good
