i prefer girls on top purely because whatever the shape of the male body, we are never gonna be proper sexy and its a lot harder for it all to look sexy with a guy doing push-ups clumsily on top of a girl lying on her back....

There are a number of Brit producers who do (or did) allow their male performers to do doggy/mish for 90% of a scene. Boring and a poor view: fine for the bloke getting his jollies, but a waste of time for the punters.
The US are better (in most cases: Alex Sanders/Sean Michaels and a few others excepted) at getting RC/cowgirl from their people.
And of course, the French do it better than anyone.
