VPN's, browsers and age verification

In order of easiness:
1. Install Tor browser on your machine.
when you start it up it will say loading relay information, that is normal. When the home page appears go to the top right corner and the three horizontal bars 'menu', click, down to add ons, click, search for adblock plus, click install.
you are now good to go.
2. Install Opera Browser
I'm having to do this one from memory as I uninstalled opera as the vpn was slow.
Opera comes with a built in ad blocker (it may need to be enabled in settings, I can't remember) and a free, built in VPN. You will need to find the 'settings' option once downloaded and installed and enable the VPN option.
Once that is done away you go but your download speed through it will be reduced.
Option 3
Requires most work but is the most effective
Install firefox browser
once installed, go to add ons, located top right, three horizontal bars, click, add ons, click, you will see a box 'search more extensions', type adblock or ublock, install the defence of your choice.
go to 'find more extensions' again and type free vpn you will get a long list. The number of stars and the number of users is a good starting ground but doesn't tell the whole story. Most of them have daily or monthly downloading limits but there is nothing to stop you from using multiple you just need to be clever and switch them around by enabling/disabling in the (horizontal bars) menu/add ons.
I use the following ones; setupvpn, hoxxvpn and purevpn. The first two are limited per day (and yes it is enforced), pure vpn is unlimited BUT (more later).
As I remember setup and hoxx both require registration, email verification as usual etc, when you install firefox will pop up some info click ok/allow. I would recommend choosing one of these two first before branching out.
Once installed you will see an icon in the toolbar, set ups is a little grey squiggle, hoxx is like a cube, click on either and you will get a list of countries to connect through.
The simple rule seems to be to stick to your rough geographical area to achieve best speeds eg norther europe, southern europe, americans swap to canada or go westwards. Click your chosen country, click connect, may take a couple of seconds and then you're good to go.
THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART.
When you have finished, go back to menu, go to add ons and disable the option you were using. (You are not deleting it just disabling). Now you can if you want install another vpn provider as above. Windscribe is also ok by the way but it is slow.
Right, special notes if you decide to go down the pure vpn installation route. Install it like any other but you only get a choice of three free countries to live in holland, sweden, romania. I usually go through holland as there's seem the quickest. YOU MUST MUST MUST MUST enable and disable this provider in the menu as and when you want to use it. But it's speeds are quick and it has no download limits so if you spend hours on 'certain' sites this is the one for you.
If you think anything you have installed is not for you, go to the menu, click add ons, look for it in the list of installed add ons and delete. Done.
You are no doubt thinking that's all very good but how do i know it's working. Two ways to check if you are in the UK
Try to go to zippyshare.com if you can get there (don't use germany as an isp address though) then whatever method you have chosen has placed you outside of the UK.
Go to pornhub, on the front page it will say someting about viewing it in english do you want to change to whatever country your browser is telling them it is now in.
