This girl looks a lot like Fifi Russo, if that is the case she never did open leg, she modelled and also worked for Iain Thompson as a make up artist, to my knowledge she returned to Australia around 5 years ago.

Definitely not Fifi Russo sadly, ages don't match up, although I'll agree there are some slight similarities with the facial features.
