I respectfully disagree and also agree with you, at the same time !
You see back a good few years ago, when I was creating original content with the main crop of UK models, I wanted to promote it and tell as many people about it as possible. I wanted (as did the others) to be able to post in the 'British Girls Forum' as it simply had more 'eyes' on it if you get me. But we were not allowed to do this however, and were told by the owners, that our stuff had to be in the 'Promotions Forum'. Their House, Their Rules, so that was what we had to do.
However, Joe King was pointed out to the owners, in so far as why could he post in main forum. The answer was because he wasn't producing the content. Sure, he was promoting it and sure he was profiting from it, however according to the powers that were, it still belonged in the british girls forum.
This is why I say that those were the rules that were put in place back in the day. Now I don't necessarily personally agree with that myself, but that was what was decreed.
As for the situation these days with little to zero moderation whatsoever, then your guess is as good as mine as to the new rules, but all I am saying is that when the forum split into 3, that was what was officially decided.
So yeah, I agree with what you are saying, but at the same time also know that he has been told he can do that
As for Luke / Adam etc well thats a different kettle of fish entirely. Text only links leading to text only links are not exactly exciting and the 'fjfdjadfjafdj' responses just to bump the posts are annoying I grant you. However at least Joe provides a picture leading to a gallery, which then leads on to the site in question. There's a bit of work behind that for sure... Plus Joe has been here at BGAFD since pretty much day one, which I think, at least to a point, counts for something in the decision to let him post in the main forum.
But anyhoo - I have no dog in the fight anymore. I'm no longer producing or promoting my own stuff and I am just here as another forum user these days.
