Obviously Stuart doesn't understand that some people breaking the rules isn't permission for him to not only do so but to be too lazy to check the rules before breaking them. Ignorance of the law or citing the example of others is no defence.

It is certainly very easy to use a girl's photo on a website, then when the girl and her presumed activities are mentioned in a news group or forum, post a message saying that you have used her services and how good she is etc. At least one well known escort agency has been known to adopt this practice in the past (and were threatened with legal action as a result). If a model is not an escort she may be very annoyed at the rumours, and even if she is she still might not want to publicise the fact depending on her individual circumstances, clientele etc. Pointers to a model's own site are allowed providing the site contains relevant information, such as details of video appearances or better pictures than are available elsewhere, but please try to avoid drawing explicit attention to any additional services that may be offered.
