If this was a private situation only with your partner, shouldn't you ask your partner about it?

But then it doesn't look like a "private situation", so, you probably should ask whoever it was that shot the photos/film of you and your partner.

And if you don't do things like this, then why are there photos/film of it?

Did you sign any papers restricting the use of the content created?
If you did, and this is in breach of that contract, then you probably should talk with a solicitor.
If not, then I guess this is a lesson learned for the next time, if there ever is one.

Darren, I gather, from your tattoo, that you're the man, Elle's partner, in these photos?

CSpencer might be able to delete these photos, but I doubt that will matter, this thread have been read a number of times and people have downloaded the photos. Which means that whenever someone brings up Elle Black on a forum these will most likely pop up again. They aren't going away.

You probably should discuss this with whoever it was who took the photos of you two. Or if it was actually the two of you who took them, then I guess it's a lesson about making sure that such photos are kept safe.
