Has anyone else had issues cancelling their nerdpervert membership? They claim to always respond to emails in 24 hours yet for a week now and after sending three messages I haven't heard a peep.

hmm thats weird as of course its my content and hope you enjoyed it by the way, but yeah they usually pretty quick lotza dollars. Did you sign up for the re-occurring membership option? I thought the link on the site was to the billing people and not the site owners themselves???

It's an Epoch or CCBill site isn't it. All you have to do is go to the support page of whichever it is and go through the automated cancel routine. You don't need to email sites like that.

Dear all ,

Yes I signed up for their 1 day trial which wasn't what they said it was as you need to pay more to use the site , so I cancelled , but they've passed on my details to other sites who have took payments without my knowing ,

Avoid at all costs.

Vinny

First time poster here after reading this post. Had to cancel my credit card after joining this site and getting hit with over ?120 in very well hidden additional unwanted subscriptions which proved very hard to cancel. In the end had to contact my bank and have the card cancelled instead!

That's very shady if they are doing hidden pre-checked upsells.

If you're going to do a pre-checked cross-sale at all, it really SHOULD have been clear and on the billers join page. If its not, and not been clear to you then that's poor business IMHO.

I have no idea whats going on here, as this is my content featured on here. All I know is I get a lot of emails from people loving it and signing up and re-joining , so I assume there were no problems for them, but its not my site so have no idea how things are run over in the US. I have e-mailed Lotza dollars asking them to explain and sent a link to this post, as naturally I care where my content is seen and how its marketed and sold even if after I have passed it one, Its out of my hands.

On a second glance I received this in my spam box from Lotza dollars.

" www.PureWebPower.com is our customer service page and it's posted on all member subscription emails and on each website join page. When any member joins any of our sites they get an automated email containing their subscription and how to cancel their membership.
Also...during the sign up process (you can check our join page) we offer 2 additional site (FREE OF CHARGE). If the member selects these sites they can access the 2 additional sites for FREE for one day. After the trial period they are billed for the site.
We can't help the fact that this particular member didn't pay attention on how to cancel his membership, nor did he email support. If someone doesn't reach out and use our support forms then I don't know if they are having an issue.
All our sites are labeled with 100% guarantee policy, and 100% refund policy. Someone emails in and asks for a refund then we provide that "

Like I said we always get good feedback and I sometimes get forwarded e-mails directly from them from members , I have always found them great to work with. So to read these posts, it just didn't sound like the same company to me. This company has had a great rep for a long time now over in the US. Affiliates should really promote the site, they pay out really well, a few other e-mails I have heard from affiliates telling me they are promoting my work on their site.

Hopefully people continue to enjoy nerdpervert.com

Fair play for finding out Paul. If the cross-sale offers are listed on the join page fairly, then I don't see anything wrong with that.

Well, you can't really say fairer than that IMHO. 8)
