Yes, unfortunately we are having delivery problems at present.
For the past 4 years we have used an established UK delivery company called E-Parcels.com to process our packages and inject them into the Royal Mail postal system. Last Monday, after two weeks of complete lies about why our mail was being delayed, E-Parcels went into Administration (ie bankruptcy).
We have 3 days worth of mail sat in their UK warehouse that the Administrators will not let us have access to until Tuesday - even though we have already paid the UK postage for those packages. As soon as we get access on Tuesday, we will post those items ourselves via Royal Mail.
Prior to going into Administration, E-Parcels were blaming slow delivery on Royal Mail - whereas in fact Royal Mail had frozen their account because of unpaid bills (even though we had already paid E-Parcels).
Unfortunately until Tuesday we cannot tell which packages are sat in the E-Parcels warehouse, and which have actually been passed to Royal Mail. That has created a logistical nightmare for us - but, since we found out the true situation on Monday, we have explained this in full to every customer that has emailed us.
I really do not understand the comment that we have not replied to emails. We have been in business since 1997 - and we respond the EVERY email we receive. However, as everyone knows, sending an email in 2013 does not guarantee that the email is actually received. ISPs do not like our domain names, and sometimes trash our emails without any notification - to "protect" their accounts holders from adult material. If an email bounces back, we always send it again from a different email address. However if an ISP trashes it without it being delivered and without bouncing it back to us, we have no way of knowing it has not been received.
However we have phone numbers on our website and staff available during office hours on weekdays to take any calls.
In summary - yes we are having short term delivery problems that will be solved next week. Our first problems in 4 years. We have done our very best to answer any query we have received from any customer - just as we always have done since 1997. Every customer that has ordered from us WILL get their goods - even if we have to mail them out a second time. That is what we have always done - even in the "bad old days" when the UK authorities were dedicating resources to seizing any and every adult dvd sent through thre mail system.
Anyone who still says that their emails are being ignored can post on this forum and I will look into it personally - and reply to the forum. But please check your spam box first, and check what restrictions your ISP places on your receiving emails that contain "adult" tersm.
With apologies to anyone affected.
