Anyone had similar experience?

I think the site has changed hands and is undergoing a revamp. Would suggest re-visiting in a few months maybe.

Why would he re-visit in a few months? They have already taken his money once without giving him anything.

First step is to make noise about it, which he already has.
Second step is to issue a chargeback. If he can, the he should mark it as fradulent.

If the site is still legit and doing a revamp, then the owners should have stopped people from signing up if people can't access the content and if the owners are unable to answer emails.

The website was hacked twice and I lost all data of any new members and any emails (new and old), so if you emailed I won't have received it. Apologies. However you are the only one who has mentioned this, did you contact Ccbill, we as a site do not create log in details when you initially sign up

There is a revamp going ahead and we will relaunch with lots new content and new girls. Thanks for everyone's patience.

I joined a similar site and I discovered that copying-and-pasting the password they send you won't work. You have to manually type it. Then it works.

It's not a smirk, it's a jovial comment, dumbass. As has already been stated, I lost ALL the emails when the site was hacked, I cannot fix a member issue if some twat in Arizona has wiped everything, perhaps you misread that part......

I've had a very lovely email from the OP, it's funny how he had the issue but most others got out of the wrong side of the bed.
