I totally agree that models without implants that don't even look vaguely natural, tramp stamps, botox, etc are getting fewer by the day.

Of course there is a wide spread of tastes across the porn consumer market but those who like the natural look are definitely getting pushed out. The sad part is assuming this fad passes it is mostly irreversible and the girls will just slip in to oblivion.

Across the years many girls have only been on the scene for a few years but some have had long careers e.g. Lucy Gresty, Teresa May, Wendy Taylor, Louise Hodges but even if they want to stay I think very few of the current models will still get bookings as their appearance will no longer fit and can not be adapted to fit whatever style is in demand in 2018, 2023, 2028 ......
