Sneakypee - Is it legal?

Viewing the antics that occur on this site got me wondering whether they are legal?
Public urination is a dodgy area in the first instance.
I have witnessed antics such as urination in a children's play area. Urination on children's toys and urination when children can clearly be heard in the background.
I wonder what the BBFC would say about this?
Also, urination on top of bridges on to the passing traffic below! Surely this contravenes many public order offences?
I wonder what the Police would say about this?

BBFC are not the Police. Their worlds do overlap though. The urination in the sound of children. Depends if it is non sexual. Though public order offence might be cut by the BBFC. ... it depends. Police might just give a fine. I am not a lawyer. Please consult your local solicitor if in doubt.

According to the police it is illegal to even make porn. Technically they can have you nicked for even paying a model providing sexual services as a job.
So why dont they? Because it would get chucked out of court as a waste of time most likely.
The sound of children is one thing but if children are not in view and are unable to see what is going on then it isnt illegal.
Its not about something being illegal but whether you can argue your case convincingly whether it will be considered illegal is the question.
Get a good lawyer and you can talk your way out of a murder charge LOL

The BBFC have no jurisdiction on websites and if it was a DVD distributed from outside the UK they have no say in that either.
Having dealt with them they are not unreasonable and sometimes even I am surprised by their decisions which work on a reasonable level of argument. They would mostl likely cut the scene of a public nature if it was considered sexual and people can be seen...On the other hand it could pass because the girls Ive seen were not playing with themselves in a sexual way. Its catching them on the fly having a pee.
I suspect the frivolous nature of watching girls have a sneaky pee in public places is a huge part of its appeal.
So where would the police stand with a bloke taking a discrete whizz in an alley at the side of a busy street in broad day light then?
I once saw a woman take a shit on the Edgware Road and no one batted an eyelid. London folk are so funny. Right outside the cinema by the bus stop too.

Watching a female urinate is a huge turn on for me, what should be illegal is that the girls in the sneakypee series arnt pissing all over me!

Londoners, just fucked up.
Have you noticed how all the stuff that has been happening recently - dodgy MP's, dodgy media peeps, dodgy bankers, what do they have in common?
All in bloody London.
I'm off for a walk in our clean west country air, fresh off the sea

Ok PlanetErotica..Maybe not having pretty girls doing poo poo's in their purty white panties but MPs, bankers and dirty cops corrupt antics would be more appropriate content to feature on such a site
