It's not illegal to own material that feature watersports but it's illegal to publish it (ie. show anyone).

No water-sports on a third party is allowed in the UK on R18 DVD & US/UK based web-sites, it is controlled by the billing agents that will close accounts if the web-sites show scenes not legal in them countries.

Its ok to show pissing as long as its not on anyone.
You can have people pissing side by side, crossing streams etc but no contact...well a little accidental spalsh as long as its not in the mouth or face is ok as long as its not noticeable.
This is a diffuct one to discuss with the BBFC so make sure you tlak tothe poele that matter rather than those who arent sure who will tell you its illegal and wont be allowed.
If Murray Perkins is still at the BBFC then hell be the one to speak to. Pete Johnson has left to head up ATVOD and will expect you to register and pay a fee if you plan on running a website in the UK !happy!

The BBFC will tell you flat out that it isn't allowed because of the Obscene Publications Act.
