What is it with all this slut stuff...

I,m a producer of Soft Porn and shoot some pretty tacky stuff on occassion, so I'm no shrinking violet and certainly dont consider myself any better or worse than the guys who shoot hard stuff or the guys who buy it.

I'll tell you what I hate though, all the degrading referrences to women you see in the industry. Spunk slut this, dirty little slut that...xxxxxxxdirty tramp takes two cocks etc etc, you know what I mean. Who the fuck likes to read that stuff about the girls? Is it that some people get their kicks seeing the girls degraded or belittled like that?

Most of the geniune producers in the industry are decent people and treat the girls with a bit of respect in my experience, so where does all this shit come from and why...is it absolutely necessary to sell the product ?

Interesting post Iain. I agree with you too. Check out my sites, I never refer to woman like that and if there is a blurb that does mention it on my site then it wasnt written by me (ironically it would be written by a woman if there is such a reference)

Personally I wouldnt feel comfortable with it but in defenceof those who do use it, it is difficulty to say it is said out of disrespect and is more of a tool for marketing to appeal to the men it is aimed at.

Its like the americans use this form of hard sell which i dont think is necessary but we all market ourselves in different ways.

Some may argue that loving prose might be creepy so youre damned if you do or damned if you dont.

I personally thin porn becomes very boring if you dehumanise the woman whichis why i try to get some of their personality through casual chat and behind the scenes stuff. It makes the sex appear more interesting if you get a feel of the person doing it

As for people doing it during sex, i dont mind as this is what turns them on then so be it. I encourage the dirty talking and I notice that both partners usually call each other names. Then it makes the scene horny when used in context.

No girl in a jimslip.com scene has ever been referred to in the ways you mention. and although the original name of my site was ukstreetSLUTS this word has never been used by me in a scene. Yes, I know some producers think I'm big girl's blouse, but, I hate all that name calling, throttling, slapping and spitting. It's all been imported from the good 'ol US of A and naturally many over here felt they had to emulate them.

I mean to say, imagine if you met a nice sexy girl in a bar, you buy her a drink and get on really well and manage to entice her back to your place, to look at your, "Etchings" so far, so good. Anyway things progress, you know, you start kissing her etc etc..........

Now transport yourself into that crazy parallel dream World where some porn producers live, (it's like a cross between Broadmoor and a torture chamber) and this is what would then happen.........You start kissing and then you stand up and shout, "YOU FUCKING DIRTY WHORE! I KNOW YOU WANT IT AND YOU WANT IT BAD! SUCK ON THIS FAT COCK YOU BITCH", (slap, slap, throttle throttle, spit, spit) "AND GUESS WHAT BITCH I'VE INVITED 6 OTHER GUYS BACK TO GANG BANG YOU AND COVER YOU IN JISM COS YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT......!"

Of course in reality, the poor girl would be desperately dialling 999 and you would be arrested and charged with assault!

Some porn producers think that EVERY guy on Earth harbours a secret need to brutalise and abuse women and EVERY woman has a secret desire to be brutalised and raped.

I'm please to report that many sites that depict this kind of shite are going down the toilet!!flush!

I remember seeing a TV documentary about porn years ago and when i say ducumentary i mean a serious look at an industry rather than the usual lets make a really cheap brainless tv prog with lots of ratings appealing TnA shots.
One very famous producer who when filmed at home with the missus seemed like a polite respectful, and thoughtfull guy when it came to his method of making porn was very onetracked everything had to be portrayed as "animalistic, brutal, fucking" Period!
Making a sensual, erotic porn film or even a single picture is very difficult, misogynistic, graphic, lets have more guys, more dicks in a single orifice, bigger dildos, etc is very simple and like all marketing the more extreme the language used the more eyecatching it supposedly is.
Look at any industry the latest product has to be better, faster, bigger, smaller, etc than last years model. Sadly with porn this just leads to ridiculous extremes which add nothing really in genuine improvements

Sorry gentlemen, but I must disagree with you ! For starters it is surely
upto the director, depending on the kind of scene he is creating, to
decide whether talent use terms like "slut" etc etc.
Secondly, and to me most importantly, most porn....or good porn in my
opinion, though I accept that in Britain there is a big demand for
reality porn - "real" girls, little or no attempt at make-up or classy
stylisation etc etc etc - is based on FANTASY ! And, it is a big fantasy
for a lot of fans (and many many girls I have worked with) to be, just
for once, sluts, or treated as such !!
To me, Mr Slip, you miss the point entirely - how a normal guy
chats up a girl and then makes love to her has absolutely no bearing
on porn....which is escapism pure and simple, a fantasy release, be that
fantasy pretty or submissive or dominant or what-you-will !
I do not book girls to be Meryl Streep !! I book them to do larger-than-
your-real-life-Mr Slip sex on camera, to look as if they love every filthy
minute, to live and breathe sex, to be outrageous, to release themselves
sexually - to be, just for once, a total slut, whore or whatever term best
sums up a sexually wild woman !!!!!
By the way - before writing this blog I phoned up a model you have
worked with Mr Slip, the lovely Hungarian model, Aliz, nominated as
Euro Performer of the Year in Vegas 2011.....a girl I last shot fucking
herself with a hoover - in her ass while she fisted herself.....she told me
it turns her on to be called dirty names when she has sex !!!!!
One man`s porn is another man`s poison. I can live with that !

Ok, fair points, I appreciate the need for extremes in hardcore porn and also that *some* women are entirely ok with it. In a particular scene and in a porn contect fair enough, but I was actually referring for to the descriptions you see on magazine covers, movie cases and on the forums here, and I was wondering why it is necessary.

But I cannot see that most women, whether they do porn or not, are going to relish being referred to as sluts/tramps/whore's etc and I honestly doubt if the majority of guys are very comfortable with it either.

I have said this before but probably not here do you ever think you will see a magazine or film titled "Doris the Sainsbury's checkout girl who is not really into this at all, but for 2 hours work she earnt 3X her monthly salary"
Look at the ridiculous extremes that for example the Sun newspaper leader writers have gone to knowing that "extreme language" ie: "freddie star ate my hamster" will catch the eye increase sales KERCHING

I agree with Iain, I personally don't think it's necessary to use such words, although I suppose it could be what the market dictates. I've checked and in the 3 years of posting my pics & vids on AW I've never felt the need to describe a girl as a slut. I've got quite a few girls described as cute or innocent, worst it gets is rude or dirty. I still get plenty of hits on my stuff, so it's down to personal choice. It's a bit like when a model said to me that everyone expects a girl to moan and scream at the top of her voice during sex, solo or otherwise. No, everyone knows it's fake and I prefer the more subtle approach. JB.
