Capture the files on to your pc from your video camera. Then edit and render them in a program like Sony Vegas to reduce the file size and save them as wmv, avi etc, whatever you prefer.
You then need to get yourself a server to upload the edited videos to and once you've done that you will be able to provide a download link for people to access them.
