I have to agree with you.
Product is really top notch but organisation is piss piss poor.
Multiple release dates,poor staff, the list goes on.
Im not saying this is the case but it almost seems like the company was started buy a millionaire as a hobby ,it has all the money in the word to tempt almost any girl but when it comes to shooting a good scene and customer care / promotion, it really misses the spot.
Not like you would expect from a company that has started from the bottom and worked there way up to the dizzy heights.
Last month i had to ask the same question 6 times (first 4 went un-answered),the first real reply didn't know the answer so after a bit of arguing from me they eventually gave me a very vague answer.
The fact i was asking a member of there forum staff about the release date and content of a scene and still after the 6th time of asking not getting anywhere is not good practise.
The fact that when pushed they could find the answer i was looking for shows the info was there all along they just couldnt be bothered making a call or asking the right department to find out, great help to a potential customer.
The only thing they really have going for them over here in the uk is the "tv babes" thing,if anyone else starts employing tv babes to do hardcore there would be nothing else at bluebird to keep me as a customer.
As dangermouse1 says above ,It is normal practise for bluebird to string customers/fans along with release dates,also to not provide preview pics or trailers................really great promotion tactics.
No previews ,then piss them off buy constantly pushing back release date and to top it all off the scene is overhyped and when it eventually comes out its pretty dire.
I've only bought 3 films from them but although somewhere ok they were nothing like they had made out.
