Problem with Blissbox

Hi
Haven't posted here for a few years,
anyway I placed an order with Blissbox on the 14th september for a Nikki Jayne DVD.
Order placed okay, title in stock according to website, and my account has been charged for the title, yet it has not arrived yet.
My order status still says 'open' like they haven't even processed the order yet.

I've sent 3 emails to their customer services email and have had no reply.

Anyone here able to help at all??

I will check with enquiries immediately and get someone there to respond to you.

We answer all e mails, so it seems likely that we did not receive them. Were they sent from your hotmail account or another account? I need to get my IT guys to investigate ASAP. If your e mails are not reaching us, then I dread to think how many others are also not reaching us!!!!!

Thanks for contacting me.
I have now recieved an email from Blissbox,
they should have the title in stock later in the week.
I will let you know should I encounter any more problems with the order.

I also have a problem with Blissbox, ordered 2 dvds a while back, received the cheap offer one but have never received rawhide2, I have been emailing them but never can get any reply?
