Bluebird are claiming to have been off air for the last 2 or 3 days due to a technical problem, but the number of people who believe this story seems to be zero.

Apparently you're not allowed to ask why they are off air. I asked this simple question and received the following email:

"Your membership has been revoked. Please note that if you or anyone associated with you joins or posts on this Forum, you accept a charge of ?100,000. This is a unilateral contract enforceable in English law."

Just in case anyone thinks I'm joking, I assure you I'm not, although I can understand why people would see the funny side.

I darent comment though because I'll only be accused of being jealous. No prizes for who sent you that one then.

None other than The Joker himself it would seem

What a load of old bollocks their message is.

How do they propose to enforce a contract you've never signed? Even if it was in their subscriber terms and conditions, they've revoked your membership, thus terminating any contract you may have had with them.

I say give us all the URL of the forum and let's all ask some difficult questions.
