I can't answer that as i've just downloaded the Holly Kiss scene in full HD and it worked for me.

You're right about the support bit.I will pass info on and get that sorted. There used to be a button to contact them. It is on the front page but yes does need to be on the support page!

But it is: info@jimslip.com. Email them your concerns and the Jimslip tech team they'll be able to help you.
