Bluebird Customer support

Sorry to have taken up some much space re this issue - in fairness to Bluebird I have now received an email from their customer services - for other users I thought it useful to mention - don't try and communicate via their online form which is titled customer support - this actually goes to the billers not the site managers - if you do experience any problems find an email contact address

But I though the Bluebird 'rep.' stated in your thread that your emails and even account never existed and that it was all lies?!!

He did - it wasn't him that helped me get up and running again - I don't want to comment further on his attitude as it just starts mud slinging again

Don?t mean to open a fresh can of worms here but can anyone help me as I just signed in and all 184 scenes of mine are gone. I can?t download in any format (not even an option too) and can?t even watch them. What seems to be so hard about making a functioning site? I am a member of brazzers.com too never any problems.
