Does anyone know how to cancel a subscription to the Television X online site? I currently subscribe paying ?10 per month and in the past I was able to withdraw this payment and then resubscribe a few months down the line when there was more updated content. However, since they changed the site a month or so ago I am unable to do this and any attempt I have made to contact them doesn't work.

Any bright ideas folks?

When I canceled my subs with TVX I phoned them up. Only to be told that it would take six months for the cancellation to go through. It appeared that I took out a new contract (red hot channels), and thats why it took so long. To be fair when the time came, it was canceled. Hope this is some help for you bigfella?
