Beware, though the age of consent is 16, any pictures you might take in the privacy of your own room and relationship can lead one into trouble later if, for instance, the guy has some which he keeps after the relationship ends. I believe that his possession of said pics of sexual activity with his under 18 ex-girl friend could land him with a record, a place on our old friend the sex offenders register and technically the appellation 'pedo'.

Its totally illegal to film/photos of a person under 18yrs of age doing hardcore at home in private or in a studio & you would face a hefty fine or sentence & put on a sex offenders list for doing so.
