Is this a new Victoria Brown site?

Has anybody seen this before.It appears fresh to me.

Little Miss Brown asked me to do a site for her about 3 years ago, but other events took over her life, so we never got beyond the front page.
This is the latest pic I have of her, taken last month...arranging flowers !grin!
