Perhaps you should contact the billing providers Coldfair Holdings Ltd. They are a subsidiary of Private so should be able to help?

again i had the same problem, have tried contacting bluebird on every possible avenue and have either been ignored told to contact someone else or had e-mails bounce back undeliverable. As a last resort i even posted to hiwatt on here and was, yep you guessed it, ignored again
as a consumer and not related to the adult industry in anyway i think this is shocking alongside at best a restrictive amount of content on their site stating that this and that is coming soon and all these fantastic things and we're so much better than everyone else and then there is just nothing.
All release dates including the original site lauch keep getting put back by bluebird and with the exception of one of the scenes i've actually been able to watch (up the bum with the lovely cyprus isles - fantastic girl and performance) i've found the content dull and somewhat amateurish with strange camera angles and stupid music the whole way through spoling the whole scene.
As a result, I for one will be boycotting the new site due to the treatment i've had even though i would love to see some of the supposed girls and scenes that they keep promising. I am sure i am not the only one due to the grumbling's i've heard so all thats left to say is you reep what you sow bluebird!!!
