Try emailing him instead of posting here perhaps?
To those posting trading posts: perhaps it may be worth making this plain, something like:
Email me for my list. Don't post here - send me an email and I will send my list by return. Send your email to whatever@addre.ss
Though doubtless we will still get the "send me your list" posts anyway...
