just wondering if you ever plan on filming some porn when your camera isn't at a 45 degree angle? it's just i saw a spielberg's film the other night and he managed to go the entire film without expecting his audience to tilt their head to watch. just thought you might like to give it a try.

what do you mean "have to"?

me thinks you're over egging the pudding, slightly. and as having to fill a 16:9 ratio well that just sums it up nicely. i wonder how many other directors think, "yeah, it's a nice view of mount fuji but there just not enough shit in the corner, can we get the goodyear blimp up there?"

you seem to think because it's there it HAS to be used. framing and composition. read a book or take an evening class.

some of the hottest girls around are going to waste in this industry because somewhere along the line it became the norm to shoot porn as if it were for MTV and 14 year olds on a suger rush. it seems it's the norm to totally disregard the basic rules of film making.

If you don't like it, don't buy it!
Disanto is a brilliant Producer, he makes porn fun, and that little bit different.
And a nice guy he is too.

If you have to tilt your head to watch a movie the director must have your attention for you to do this.

As for making movies for the MTV generation...Well they are the new up and coming market buyers of adult. Gotta move with the times.

besides a beautiful academically shot movie can be...well boring if nothing is happening to make it worthwhile.

Fair enough sir. if you dont like it then you dont like it. plenty of movies out there for you to chose from.

It's watching two people fucking.

I don't want storylines, I don't want sweeping camera moves as it dips and swerves inbetween peoples legs or I don't want abstract angles and forward thinking when it comes to soundtrack or lighting.

I want to see Angel Long, Cathy Barry, Keira Farrell, Isabel Ice etc etc etc having sex...
