Do Relish value their customers

The question is do Relish value or for that matter care about the customers who spend their hard earned cash on the Relish products. I ask becuase for several months I have tried contacting Relish about the availability of one of their DVD's (MILF Magic) trying to ascertain when it will be available to purchase. The Relish web site is out of date , they do not answer Emails , and despite several posts on the forum all of these have been ignored. I would have thought it was a simple enough question, after all I am basically asking them when I can spend my money on their product , surely this is why they are in business.

Tried , that Email Address several times , as I was getting repeated problems with delivery failures, however some did go through sucessfully but no reply was forthcomming.

If it helps, we stock the Relish range and add the new titles as soon as available. Primarily we offer customer service second to none.

To be honest mate, if you've been emailing them and you are sure that some of those emails have got through, and they have not replied then to those emails then I wouldn't order from them under any circumstance.
What happens if you did order from their site and there was a problem with your order?
Who would you get hold of to resolve the issue(s)?

If I could just interject chaps. I understand there have been problems with Relish and their website which I am not at liberty to go into right now and will address the boss man of that company of this issue and with his permission may have an answer for you.
Is that ok for now?

To answer your question, yes we do! I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems trying to reach us but I can assure you we do try to make every effort to answer every email sent to us, but as OEJ said we did recently have a few tech issues relating to our servers as we upgraded to a new more powerful one to handle the traffic from the launch of our new sites and affiliate program

Regarding Milf Magic, you'll be glad to hear it should be out any day now and the first place you'll be able to order it will be off our site
