Anyone had problems with simplyporndvd.com?

It appears they have ripped me off for ?150-00 for order placed on 17 December 2007. No goods and no response to numerous e mails enquiring about my order!

Any views would be welcome.

I've always found them pretty reliable [if expensive], honest and fairly
prompt at answerng queries.
Something seems to have gone seriously awry in your case.

I'd mail them, and keep doing so until you get a reply, at all three addies:

support@simplyporndvd.com,
and also at their subsidiary britishporn.org., just to be on the safe side.

The only reason I can think of for their silence [and allowing for an
extended Xmas break] is that they're out of business, which seems
extremely unlikely.

I'd like to say that they have ripped you off durris as I know the bloke that owns Simply and the people who run it and I can't stand them and it would be fair to say that they are not and never will be on my Xmas Card list (not that they'll lose any sleep about that but then people like them never lose any sleep because they don't have a conscious). However I have to agree with the other 2 posts in that it is highly unlikely they have done so.

What's more likely is that either your email to them has entered a spam folder or more likely that the email they sent you has got lost in one of your spam filters.

Never had a problem with them at all. They even kept me posted on a dvd they'd had problems getting from a supplier and they still managed to locate it for me. I'd recomend them no worries. Price wise can be dearer than some places but I shop around anyway. I have a couple of rules when ordering thru the post anyway. I always check the Help sections on websites first for delivery methods and order problems plus of course price ranges. Most dealers are pretty much the same where prices are concerned however it does pay to look around. Plus if you're using an online store for the first time just buy one disc from a back catalogue range first. If they can't supply that without a song and dance then I wouldn't waste time on anymore orders from them.

If durris38 would like to email direct at support@britishporn.org or support@simplyporndvd.com I would look into his problem immediately. We respond to all emails we receive - but email is not as reliable as it was. So many internet providers trash any email they consider to be "adult" without giving the recipient a chance to see it, and without bouncing it back to us so we know its not been received.

We do have a snail mail address and telephone contact lines as alternates if emails appear to be getting no response.

Not sure what Eduardo's problem is with our company, but I can assure him he has never met me - so I am not sure how he can claim to know me.

You know me and I know you. I know that and you know that and lets not bullshit each other anymore because you've known who's behind this nickname, on these forums, all along.

My gripe with you is the lack of loyalty that you and your company showed me, as loyalty is the one thing I showed, both you and your company, in abundance and on many occasions.

If you want to continue this discussion, then lets take it off forum and onto email, as I made my point and said enough on here, but lets just say that I'd be majorly surprised if you did that, as we both know that I'm right on the loyalty issue and I'd be amazed if you wanted to discuss that and any other stuff any further.

E mailed all the addresses last night - as yet no response at all!
